Chief Operating Officer
Heather Lacouture has built a career in the entertainment industry as a chief operating officer and producer, with her journey spanning NBC, MGM, Hearst, and Mark Burnett. She’s honed her skills in brand building, identifying and optimizing monetization opportunities, and ensuring business operations run smoothly.
Heather excels in forming strategic partnerships that elevate media and entertainment brands. She has a keen eye for crafting effective media and content strategies, as well as developing engaging content that captivates audiences.
Her career highlights include working with established media companies and pioneering emerging platforms such as Modern Luxury and Exceptional Alien. Heather has played a pivotal role in building and growing unique business offerings across various sectors, including live events, print, digital, CTV, streaming, and content production.
Heather’s expertise in creating efficiencies in business operations, along with her talent for identifying and implementing best practices, has consistently optimized business opportunities. She continues to shape the future of media and entertainment by matching global entertainment brands with strategic partners in the film, TV, and lifestyle media sectors, advising both global brands and early-stage companies on emerging trends and innovation.

Tom Flanagan
Managing Director
Managing Director Tom Flanagan has led teams in account, strategy, production, innovation, and creative to push industry norms and elevate brand clients to leadership positions.
At Leo Burnett as EVP, he launched and led new agency operations, opened new offices, and drove multi-million-dollar revenue growth through new business wins. His global entertainment industry knowledge helped the agency build valuable relationships in music, film, sports, and fashion.
Previously, Tom consulted for Leo Burnett and other agencies, working with major film studios, TV networks, record labels, and cable and satellite providers. His client list includes General Motors, Chobani, Samsung, CCTV (China), Avex (Japan), GoPro, Comcast, Microsoft, Apple, Crocs, Lifetime Fitness, Viacom, VW, and Bugatti.
As an advisor and partner to media and production companies such as Modern Luxury, Exceptional Alien, Cxmmunity, and Deviants, he helps build and grow unique media and entertainment properties and shapes new forms of live events and filmed experiences. He also advises global brands and early-stage companies on emerging trends and innovation in the media/entertainment industries, including Sprockit (Google, Verizon, Samsung, Comcast, etc.).
He has won numerous industry awards, including Cannes Lions, Clios, and Best of Show.

Darren Wright and Dave Skinner
Chief Creative Officers
Darren and Dave are renowned for building brands from the ground up, amassing hundreds of industry awards across various categories. When the NFL faced declining playoff ratings, Darren and Dave created the first-ever NFL advertising campaign featuring Don Cheadle. This award-winning campaign not only bonded fans but also led to record-breaking viewership of the playoffs and Super Bowl. Their spot “Crazy” was named one of the top 20 Super Bowl ads of all time by Creativity and the 4th greatest sports ad campaign by Athlon Sports. They transformed AT&T into the world’s leading wireless company with their award-winning work, including the acclaimed “Scorsese” spot, ranked fifth in Time Magazine’s Top 10 Everything list.
As two of the three original founding members of Leo Burnett NY, they helped the agency grow into an award-winning shop. They partnered with the United Nations to create a marketplace for words, turning support into real action and essential humanitarian aid. This campaign garnered over 1 billion media impressions and was nominated for an MTV Music Award. Recently, Darren and Dave managed the Citizens Bank account at Ogilvy and Mather New York, and were instrumental in winning pitches for Rolex and Coca-Cola, creating the global platform “Taste the Feeling.” Their focus extends beyond brand building to new media development, having written segments for Fox Television, developed a pilot for Paramount Television, been spoofed on SNL twice, lost a Moon Man to Beyoncé at the MTV Music Awards, launched a new channel for Nickelodeon, and are currently working on new show development with Irish Boy Ventures.
